Deem Management Services Limited (Deem), operating as The Caring Network, is an experienced seniors’ healthcare management organization and has been providing accommodation and healthcare services to seniors for over 30 years.

Since 1976 Deem has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of more than 5000 retirement and long-term care beds in the Province of Ontario and the United States.

Deem has been an owner/operator of Pinehaven Nursing and Retirement Residence since 1977.

As a long standing member of OLTCA and ORCA Deem Management, is now a second generation family business with significant experience in developing and operating numerous care facilities for seniors in North America.

Deem carries a vision and a passion to create the ultimate in best-price and best- quality senior living where people can realize the richness of life while aging-in-place in a dynamic community that facilitates quality of life.
