Paul Michelin | Founder & CEO

As Founder & CEO of The Maxion Group, Paul Michelin partners with clients to turn raw development into profitable upscale senior housing accommodations. Maxion Group’s unique customer-tailored all inclusive approach includes comprehensive services such as Design-Build, well co-ordinated Construction Management, Planning, Zoning and Property Management services.

Mr. Michelin began his career in the construction industry more than 25 years ago working summers as a student on construction sites. As a second generation construction manager Mr. Michelin has been involved in the full spectrum of field and organizational operations from hands on labor to business development and strategic planning.

He possesses a keen understanding of all aspects of costing, estimating, value engineering, implementation and delivery of real estate developments.

Mr. Michelin established Maxion in 1997 to address the needs to guide clients, stakeholders and partners through a complex process of real estate development to translate the development into profitable growth.

Rob Dal Bianco | President (Deem Management Services)

Deem Management Services Limited (Deem), operating as The Caring Network, is an experienced seniors’ healthcare management organization providing accommodation and healthcare services to seniors for over 30 years. Since 1976 Deem has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of more than 5000 retirement and long-term care beds in the Province of Ontario.

Mr. Don Dal Bianco, the co-founder of Deem, Past President of the Ontario Nursing Home Association (ONHA) and one of the original founders of the Ontario Retirement Home Association, (ORCA), has allowed the tradition of caring to continue to his son Mr. Rob Dal Bianco. As a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Rob joined the family business in 1994 and has worked as a “hands-on” manager of the business ever since.

Today as the President of Deem/The Caring Network, Rob is excited to be leading the organization into the future with the specific strategic vision of “developing caring communities supported by caring people”. Currently Deem employs an extremely dedicated staff of over 150 health care workers in partnership with many proficient industry specialists and service providers achieving excellent results for its residents in a fiscally prudent manner.
